ClayFest 2008!A weekend filled with food, fun, and ceramics! This annual event features the Famous Seconds Sale, the Clay Olympics, raku firing, demonstrations, 3 new exhibitions, studio tours.

Clayworks will kick off this annual event Friday night with the Seconds Sale Preview Party. Get first pick of the Seconds! Hors d’hoevres, beer, and wine are included at the Preview. Festivities and the Famous Seconds Sale continue on Saturday with the Clay Olympics, raku firing, 3 exhibitions, community mosaics, artist demonstrations, studio tours, public clay projects, food, music, and much more! Sunday offers amazing discounts on the Seconds Sale! Come shop, and SAVE!

Foot Throwing EventRules and Regulations:

  • Have a BLAST!
  • 3 prizes will be awarded: gold, silver, and bronze.
  • All winners will be photographed with their trophy and/or ribbon
  • Clay may be re-wedged for pinch, slab, and coil competitions
  • All pieces must me transportable (excluding Team Sculpture)
  • Team Sculpture consists of a team 4-5 persons. All ages welcome.
  • Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult
