We encourage individuals, corporations and foundations to consider the many sponsorship opportunities that exist at Baltimore Clayworks. Sponsorship provides the opportunity for charitable giving along with increased recognition and involvement with the organization and the community we serve. With a variety of opportunities to choose from, we hope that you will find a project that best suits your interests and funding objectives. Opportunities for sponsorship are available in the following areas:
Special Events: As a sponsor of our special events you will receive valuable exposure to an important and influential audience in our community while providing vital support for the organization.
Key events:
1) ClayFest! June 6, 7 & 8, 2008– weekend long clay extravangza featuring hands-on clay activities, firings and seconds sale and attracting a community-wide audience including families, students, and art appreciators.
2) Clay Ball, September 26, 2008– evening art auction and gala dinner with dancing attracting a group of 400 art supporters, community leaders, donors and collectors.
Sponsors have unique privileges and opportunities for entertaining customers and acknowledging employee performance, while simultaneously gaining high visibility through their support of arts funding through Baltimore Clayworks. Benefits of sponsorship include:
o Logo or name recognition with all promotional materials including invitation, ads, signage, press releases and website.
o Tickets to the event
Exhibition: Baltimore Clayworks hosts 11-12 changing exhibition each year, involving contemporary artists of local to national and international status. Our exhibitions, individually and as a series, are a unique sponsorship opportunities. Benefits of sponsorship can be customized to suit your individual needs and generally include:
o Logo or name recognition with all promotional materials including postcard invitation, ads, signage, press releases and website.
o Private reception or event to invite specific guests and feature the art work and the sponsor.

The Clay Ball offers you and your guests a wonderful opportunity to enjoy an evening of dining and entertainment while supporting an important effort to provide access for those with little or no access to the creative arts.
$1,500 - Table of Ten
• Receive a dedicated table for you and your guests

$1,500 – Purchase an Artists Table
• Purchase a table of ten for Clayworks artists and ceramic artists who are represented in the auction to attend and participate in the event
