This is a 6-week afternoon class for children ages 6–8, or ages 9–11. Students will work with their hands and imaginations, to discover the magical qualities of clay! They will explore texture, build skills, and bring home many wonderful creations. Each class session will introduce a new technique and present a new, exciting challenge. All works will be created in red earthenware and glaze fired to cone 04, after under glaze has been applied by the student. Class includes all materials and firing.
