HAMMERED CHICKEN CONTEST
This is your chance to go down in history - by participating in the very first, very cool and very unusual contest that we hope will turn into a Fire & Spice tradition!
We’re mixing art and cooking into one fun-filled contest. Take a store bought chicken, season it - and wrap it in clay. Then shape it into a chicken, bake and go a little crazy with paint and any decorations that you can glue on! Click here to read the instructions on how to make it.
You may season and prepare the chicken using any baked chicken recipe that you wish. Click here for a recipe that is commonly used for this dish.
There will be two contests: one based on creative and artistic merit and the other will be judged on tastiness. The winners will receive a gift certificate for a TRY IT! workshop at Baltimore Clayworks valued at $40.
