  • Let’s travel across the globe to discover the fascinating history of Asian ceramics. Campers will take a look at ancient ceramic techniques and traditions including the important Japanese tea ceremony and Haniwa guardians, Chinese stamping and texturing methods, and Korean human and animal sculptures which were used for decorate and ceremonial purposes. We will learn a range of hand-building processes and use them to create wonderful clay sculptures replicating these ancient times. Students will test all their skills in this exciting all day camp!
