Mary Cloonan
Amy Carnahan
is a resident artist who began teaching at Baltimore Clayworks in 2010, an experience which she considers invaluable to her personal development as an artist as well as an opportunity to stay involved in the local ceramics community. She received a Bachelor degree in Architecture from the University of Arkansas. Her educational and professional background in architecture influences her ceramic work with particular reference to the built environment and urban cityscapes. Her work has been exhibited in regional and national galleries and competitions including the Jersey Shore Clay National and as a finalist in the Charlatan Ink Art Prize.
